Day one locked the device and cartridge. Day two photographed the first good mark and pinned the check card. Day three ran walk-height and template checks twice. Day four confirmed outdoor UV or cold ink where the site needed it. Day five reviewed scrap with the lead and booked a Midrand or showroom follow-up only if something stayed unfinished.
Heat, damp, and mid-shift template swaps still caused most scrap where the site skipped day two. The sites that stayed calm photographed marks early and kept the field narrow.
Shared fleets need Template Desk loads or the third shift rewrites fonts. Coastal weeks need condensation wipe tips even when the carton looks dry. Export bands need height that freight handlers can read from a forklift. Prefered practice is a short email with one photo, not a long brief that hides the substrate.
